The Handmaid's Tale Season 3: Everything You Need To Know

                  The Handmaid's Tale has proved such a success for HULU  (like Netflix and other streaming services) that the service has already confirmed it for the third season.
                 the show doubled its audience for the season two premiere compared to the first season. Here's what we can expect for our next outing to GILEAD.

                *  When can we expect it?

Both seasons to date have landed within the last week of Apr within the USA on Hulu, thus we will expect the same date for season 3, riddance any delays, however the first renewal ought to mean those will not happen.

               *  Who's coming back?

Among those expected to return are Elisabeth Moss who's called JUNE, Alexis Bledel (Emily),Joseph Fiennes (Fred Waterford),Yvonne Strahovski(Serena Waterford) and Samira wiley (Moira).
                 In the season 2 finale, Aunt Lydia (Ann Dowd) was attacked with a knife and her fate is left unclear.

               *  What's going to happen?




season two went past the show's source material, but Miller has said it will always be influenced by Margret Atwood's novel.

"My arc is still very much the arc of the novel, which is the arc of this one woman's experience in Gilead at this time", says Miller.





   "People talk about how we're beyond the book, but we're not really", the season two finale saw Emily escape Gilead with June's newborn baby daughter, thanks to help from commander Lawrence...
    While June decided to stay behind because her other daughter Hannah is still in Gilead.
So perhaps season 3 will see June team up with commander Lawrence, potentially with serena, after her acts of defiance in season 2.
 we could also see Emily meet up with June's Husband Luke and Moira in Canada.
